The Faculty of Medicine - city center - of the University of Tlemcen, hosted, on the eve of October 31, 2022, the ceremony of this most prestigious date that the Algerian people commemorate each year, which put an end to a colonization of 132 years at the blood prices of the Chuhada. 

The commemoration ceremony took place in the presence of the Wali of the Wilaya of Tlemcen M.MERMOURI Amoumene, the civil and military authorities, the rector of the University of Tlemcen, the vice rectors, the secretary general of the university, the university family (teachers, students, staff) and social partners. 

Indeed, the commemorative program was undertaken with the reading of the verses of the Holy coran, and the executions of the national anthem, followed by a welcome address by Mr. the rector of the University of Tlemcen Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad , in which he said that this ceremony is an opportunity for Algerians to move in memory of his fabulous martyrs and those men who prepared November 1954. 

On the sidelines of this ceremony, conferences on "the dimension of liberation and decolonization" were animated  by teachers, and a documentary film on the revolution was also screened. 

At the end of the ceremony, Mudjahid Hadj Amar was honored, the PhD students Belgacem mohamed, Benbouziane Abderrahmene, Saber Noureddine, the students Bendalhoum hamza, Boubeker yacer, Azzouzi wissem, were also distinguished for their participation in the realization of this ceremony .
